Who we are
Fairview New Homes is a property developer that builds new homes in London and the Home Counties. Founded in 1961, we have developed hundreds of sites across the region, from small collections of family homes to large regeneration projects of hundreds of apartments.
Wattons, situated on Walkern Road in Watton-at-Stone, is a collection of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses.
Works are underway on site, which will deliver 60 new homes across a 2 year period.

The permanent site access is now in use for all deliveries. Please be mindful of this with vehicles turning in and out.
We are making steady progress with the below ground works across the site, while maintaining our cleaning routine for the roads and regularly dampening our work areas.
Our first completions are on schedule for this Autumn, and soon we’ll begin work on the rear gardens of the first homes at the front of the development.
Our contractor has applied to the council for a road closure to Walkern Road to allow the main sewer connection to be made. The proposed commencement date is w.c. 27th May 2025 for a 2-week period. As always disruption will be kept to a minimum. This a vital piece of infrastructure which is required to facilitate the development.
