Who we are
Fairview New Homes is a property developer that builds new homes in London and the Home Counties. Founded in 1961, we have developed hundreds of sites across the region, from small collections of family homes to large regeneration projects of hundreds of apartments.
Printmakers Yard, Brentford Waterside, situated on Brentford High Street, is a collection of studio, 1, 2 or 3 bedroom apartments and 4 bedroom triplexes.
Works are underway on site, which will deliver 333 homes across a 3 year period.
Construction Update
Progress update 21/02/25
Construction at Print Makers Yard is progressing well.
The river wall’s main structure is nearing completion, enabling work on the waterside blocks to begin. With three tower cranes now in place, the concrete frames of new homes will soon be visible.
Preparations are underway for the first occupations in Mahogany House, with Maplewood House, the tallest building, set for completion in the summer.
As foundation work continues on the waterfront blocks, there will be a temporary increase in lorry activity, expected to subside by the end of Spring 2025.
Efforts are being made to minimise disruption, and updates will be provided throughout construction.
