Popular Charlton development is BACK with eight new homes launching this weekend
Following the remarkable success of the Synergy development in Charlton, East London, which saw the rapid sell-out of 202 homes in 2021, Fairview New Homes is converting unused commercial space at the development to offer eight one- and two-bedroom apartments, launching this weekend, Saturday 25 February.
Located within the sought-after, quiet residential streets of Charlton, in the Royal Borough of Greenwich, Synergy offers an expanse of green space, and is just a stone’s throw from Canary Wharf and London Bridge. Prices at Synergy start from just £375,000.
This weekend buyers are invited to a special launch weekend at Foxtons Estate Agents, 326-328 Creek Road, SE10 9SW, on 25-26 February. The affordable developer is offering anyone who reserves on their new home across the weekend their Stamp Duty and legal fees paid for as a special launch incentive, with Deposit Unlock is also available on all eight apartments.
While the development offers stunning views of the city skyline, including direct views of Canary Wharf, Synergy is in one of the greenest London Boroughs; with 50 parks and open spaces in the area, the popular Greenwich Park just 17-minutes away by bus and 25-minutes on foot.
Existing residents have praised the development, with Cristina saying, “Synergy is a dream come true. Dealing with Fairview has been a great experience since the beginning, with no other properties offering me better for my budget.
“I found that compared to other developments, Synergy had the best layout and distribution of space. The design of the interiors, kitchen and bathroom areas are really high quality standards, and I’m really pleased with it.”
Trevor has called Synergy a “superb building to live in” saying, “[Synergy is] a nice development and it’s a beautiful flat for a couple. The rooms are bright and big, and there are great white appliances and kitchen.”
Speaking of the local area, Synergy resident Amina, says “We were new to the Greenwich area but fell in love it very quickly. It offers us space, lots of green areas, it’s great for families and very convenient for travel into London for work. Not only this, there are fantastic schools and shops right on our doorstep, without it feeling too busy like more central areas of London.”
Both Westcombe Park Overground (Zone 3) and Charlton Overground (Zone 3) are under 10-minutes’ walk from Synergy, offering easy access to central London in 15 minutes.
Local amenities on Synergy’s doorstep include a Sainsbury’s, Asda, and Marks & Spencer, all within a mile radius. Greenwich Shopping Park home to Boots, Home Sense, Matalan and a Lidl to name a few, is a five-minute walk away. The development is also home to an onsite nursery, perfect for young famillies.
