New phase of Fairview homes in Hertfordshire

Fairview New Homes is set to release the first homes for sale in the next phase of its latest development in Hertfordshire.

The developer is building contemporary 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes at The Village, off London Road in Buntingford.

The first homes are about to be released for sale in phase two at The Village, which will be named The Green.

Homes within The Green will be named after flowers in recognition of The Village’s rural location.

Housetypes will include the Rose, Orchid, Aster, Carnation and Heather, and homes will be priced from £375,000.

The Village is located just off the A10 and is 20 miles north of the M25.

Direct rail services to London can be accessed via Royston and Ware stations (both around 10 miles away), where services run to Kings Cross and Liverpool Street respectively.
