New development in Cricklewood now open
The doors have been opened to a development of contemporary new homes for sale in Cricklewood.
A range of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments are being built at The Broadway, a development in Cricklewood Lane by Fairview New Homes.
A total of 101 apartments priced from £432,000 will be released for sale at The Broadway, which is a 4-minute walk from Cricklewood station.
Apartments will include kitchens with contemporary white high gloss units, black granite worktops and integrated appliances.
Jeremy Gee, Main Board Director for Fairview, said: “Cricklewood’s good rail links into the heart of the capital and its lively community feel are some of the reasons why this north London neighbourhood is emerging as a place where buyers are keen to put down roots.
“A number of our high-specification apartments at The Broadway are available with London Help to Buy, enabling buyers to purchase a home of their own with as little as a 5% deposit.
“Buyers who are interested in making their move to The Broadway can visit our Marketing Suite and showhome now to find out more, and we look forward to welcoming our first residents to The Broadway from September.”
The Broadway is located close to the shops and cafes of Cricklewood Broadway, while Brent Cross Shopping Centre and Hampstead High Street are both less than 2 miles away.
For those who enjoy the great outdoors, the green open spaces of Gladstone Park and Clitterhouse Playing Fields are both within walking distance of the development.
Fast, convenient rail services are available from Cricklewood station, where Thameslink services run to St Pancras International in 13 minutes and go on to call at Farringdon and Blackfriars.
For access to the Jubilee line, Cricklewood is one stop away from West Hampstead via Thameslink, while Willesden Green Underground station can be reached on foot from The Broadway in 18 minutes.
Fairview’s Marketing Suite and show home at The Broadway, Cricklewood Lane, are now open daily from 10am to 5pm.
