Launch for new development beside Limehouse Cut
A development of new apartments beside the Limehouse Cut is set to be launched at the end of this month.
Fairview New Homes will open the doors to Phoenix, its development off Broomfield Street, E14, on the weekend of Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th January.
Phoenix is a collection of 103 homes for sale within 4 apartment buildings being built around landscaped podium gardens.
Currently available are a range of homes within Dryad House, which looks out onto the Limehouse Cut on one side and the gardens on the other.
1-bedroom apartments are available from £380,000 and 2-bedroom apartments from £499,000.
The high-specification apartments at Phoenix will include kitchens and living spaces with engineered oak flooring. Kitchens will include contemporary white high gloss units and fully integrated appliances.
Further apartments within Phoenix’s other 3 buildings – Centaur House, Griffin House and Hydra House – will be released for sale in the months ahead.
Purchasers can make use of the London Help to Buy scheme to buy a new home at Phoenix with a 5% deposit and 55% mortgage. The remaining 40% of the purchase price is provided as an equity loan from the government which is interest-free for the first 5 years.
The first residents are set to move into their homes at Phoenix from February onwards.
The development is a 5-minute walk away from Langdon Park DLR station, where services run to Canary Wharf in 6 minutes.
The nearest Underground stations are Bromley-By-Bow (District and Hammersmith & City lines) and Mile End (Central, District and Hammersmith & City lines), which can both be reached on foot within 20 minutes.
Jeremy Gee, Main Board Director for Fairview, said: “Phoenix offers well-connected modern living in an excellent setting, adjacent to Bartlett Park and the Limehouse Cut canal.
“We look forward to welcoming visitors to our new Marketing Suite from Saturday 27th January.”
The Marketing Suite at Phoenix will open daily from 10am to 5pm from January 27th onwards.
