Homes Developer takes its Help to Buy Show on the road across London
A housebuilder will be taking its Help to Buy roadshow across London this month in a bid to highlight the benefits of the scheme to aspiring home-owners in the capital.
Fairview New Homes is hosting London Help to Buy events at four of its developments throughout November, providing a range of would-be buyers with the chance to learn more about the scheme and how it could help them achieve their dream of getting onto the housing ladder.
There will be events held at three of Fairview’s developments over the weekend of 3rd and 4th November, at Venue in Anerley, Lexicon in Harrow-on-the-Hill, and Phoenix in Poplar.
The roadshow will also be visiting Fairview’s newest development Altitude, in Hornsey, over the weekend of 17th and 18th November.
The developer is teaming up with Homes for Londoners – the campaign set up by Mayor of London Sadiq Khan – to explain the full scope of London Help to Buy and how the scheme has helped thousands of Londoners make their move to a new home since its introduction in February 2016.
Andy Georgiou, Sales and Marketing Director for Fairview, said: “London Help to Buy has been the catalyst in enabling thousands of Londoners, many of them first-time buyers, to purchase a new-build home in the capital.
“Despite this, the workings of the scheme are still unclear to many people, so we have decided to take our Help to Buy roadshow across London to give potential buyers a valuable insight into how it could benefit them.
“We look forward to taking our Help to Buy event on the road and would encourage home-hunters in the capital to take advantage of this great opportunity to learn more about the scheme.”
Working closely with developers, local councils and housing associations, Homes for Londoners aims to accelerate the development of new homes in the capital and has secured a record £3.15bn of government funding to support the project.
Fairview’s sales suites at Venue, Lexicon, Phoenix and Altitude are all open daily, from 10am to 5pm.
