Fairview New Homes Scoops Prestigious Award
We are celebrating after being named as a winner of a prestigious industry award.
Fairview New Homes scooped the prize for ‘Best First Time Buyer Home’ for our Regency Heights development in the London Evening Standard’s New Homes Awards.
We were judged against other large developers in the category and received the award for the Winchester, a three-bedroom apartment built at its Regency Heights development in Park Royal.
Speaking of the win, Darren McCormack, Group Sales & Marketing Director for Fairview, said: “We are delighted that the Winchester has been named as the Best First Time Buyer Home at the Evening Standard New Homes Awards.”
“We are extremely proud of every one of our homes, and this award recognises the care and attention which is put into every stage of the process by our teams.”
Part of a £26 billion regeneration for Park Royal and Old Oak Common, Regency Heights is a development of 807 new apartments.
The development is the third and final phase of the wider First Central development which is being built on the site of the former Guinness Factory on Lakeside Drive.
The Evening Standard New Homes Awards champion excellence in the housebuilding industry, with prizes awarded to winners in 15 categories.
When choosing award winners, judges look for homes and developments that reflect, or exceed, current best practice in the housebuilding market, specifically in the areas of quality of design, energy efficiency, architecture, quality of finish, location and more.
Darren McCormack continues, “This award recognises everyone at Fairview who has been involved in the remarkable regeneration of Park Royal. From the land and planning teams to the construction and sales teams.”
