Don't miss the final homes at Endeavour
The final few homes are now available for sale at a stylish development of apartments in Highams Park, E4.
Fairview New Homes is selling its last few apartments within the Shackleton House building at its Endeavour development, where it is building a mix of 1 to 3-bedroom apartments.
Endeavour is just a 5-minute walk from Highams Park station, in Zone 4, where Overground services run to Liverpool Street in 26 minutes.
The last remaining 2-bedroom apartments are now available at the development, priced from £399,000.
The homes at Endeavour can be purchased using the London Help to Buy scheme, under which buyers can purchase a new home with a 5% deposit and 55% mortgage. The remaining 40% of the purchase price is provided as an equity loan from the government which is interest-free for the first 5 years.
Andy Georgiou, Sales and Marketing Director for Fairview, said: “Endeavour has been a popular development with a wide range of buyers due to its well-connected location and the good mix of homes available to be purchased using London Help to Buy.
“With its selection of thriving independent cafes and shops, green open spaces, and excellent rail connections, Highams Park offers the very best of London village living within easy reach of the heart of the capital.
“Now, with just a few homes remaining for sale, we would encourage those buyers still looking to make their move to Highams Park to visit us as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.”
Fairview is building 66 apartments for sale at Endeavour, located on Hickman Avenue, and is selling the homes from its Sales Suite on The Avenue, opposite Highams Park station.
Homes include kitchens with white high gloss units and integrated appliances, and each apartment features a balcony or terrace.
The Endeavour Sales Suite is open 7 days a week – from 10am to 5pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and weekends, with late opening on Tuesdays and Thursdays from midday to 7pm.
Visitors can book an appointment to view the development by calling 020 8023 7464.
