How To Reserve

A new home can be reserved with a reservation deposit (*this sum fixes the price and will be credited upon legal completion) to our sales advisor, who will also require the name and address of your solicitor at the time of reservation. If you do not have a solicitor, our advisor will be able to provide a list of solicitors and licensed conveyancers for your reference. Reasonable costs and expenses may be deducted in the event of a cancellation.

To reserve your new home please supply the sales advisor with the following information:

✓ £1,000/£2,000 reservation fee*
✓ 3 months payslips (if self employed, copies of 3 years accounts)
✓ 3 months bank statements
✓ Proof of exchange deposit/proof of purchase funds
✓ Copy of your Passport (for non-UK citizens also a copy of valid visa)
✓ Proof of your address (from a recent utility bill or driving license)
