Greenwich confirmed as Property Hotspot as Fairview welcomes 81 residents to Maritime
Greenwich has become one of London’s property hotspots in 2019, with more than 80 people moving into Fairview New Homes’ Maritime development during the year.
Each of the 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments in Greenwich High Road is now reserved and the Fairview team has welcomed 81 new residents in just 12 months.
The lure of this exceptionally well-connected location, combined with the high quality for which Fairview is known, have been key to its success.
Fairview Sales and Marketing Director, Andy Georgiou, said: “We opened Maritime in autumn 2018 and since then, its appeal to homebuyers has not wavered. Our customers have chosen Maritime because we are building homes which meet their expectations on quality, price and location.
“Residents can easily access DLR, Underground and National Rail services from Greenwich and Deptford, along with the Greenwich foot tunnel and the Thames Clipper service from Greenwich Pier.”
As work at Maritime nears completion, Fairview continues to transform brownfield sites across South London into thriving new communities. At Synergy in Charlton, the 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments and 4-bedroom houses have excellent rail and road links to London and Kent. Prices currently start at £355,000.
At Venue, located opposite the railway station in Anerley, Fairview is building 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments with prices from £345,000.
